Invoices

Private tuition is billed in advance for the full term, and payment must be made before the first lesson to secure the student’s lesson time/day. Lessons are offered weekly for the duration of the term (unless otherwise stated in the invoice), and each term also includes one group class. A student’s lesson time/day cannot be guaranteed for subsequent terms unless payment is made in advance. Priority will be given to current students and those who demonstrate diligence and a passion for learning music.

Absences, Refunds and Termination

• No refunds will be given once term lessons have commenced, and fees cannot be transferred to another term.

• Make-up lessons or credits are not offered for missed or cancelled lessons. If a student is sick, a Zoom/Skype lesson may be arranged with at least one hour’s notice.

• If the studio cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson or credit will be provided.

• Lessons may be immediately terminated if a student is disrespectful or damages studio property. No refund will be given, and repair costs must be covered by the student.
